1. Order Processing

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic Shipping: We ship across India. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. Currently we offer free shipping on all products 

• Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via email/SMS so you can monitor your package’s progress.

3. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.
